Shipping policy
At Scaphandre, our goal is to provide you the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Our mission every day is to deliver to hundreds of customers across the Europe, and make sure that you receive the most quality levels of responsiveness at any times.
Shipping Times
All order are processed in no longer than 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping times vary from between 24 hours to a maximum of 72 hours if orders are placed on a weekend, but over 95% of all our orders are shipped in less than 48 hours after the order is placed.
When an order is shipped, the client will receive a shipping confirmation email. Expect your order to arrive between 3 to 5 days after your shipping confirmation is received.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all countries in the EEE (European Economic Space) including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
We do not ship to any destination in the UK due to tariffs caused by Brexit. If you wish to purchase our products from the UK please email us directly to info@scaphandrewear.com. We hope to resume UK shipping in the near future.
At the momento we do not ship internationally from our website, but if you are interested in purchasing our products send an email and we will do our very best to deliver our products to where ever you are in the world.

Our online shipping policy is divided in 3 zones:
Zone 1: Domestic (Spain)
Zone 2: Europe 1 - France, Germany, Italy, Portugal and Sweden
Zone 3: Europe 2 - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, and Slovenia

Shipping Rates
All orders over 100€ include free shipping.
Zone 1: We offer priority shipping (1-2 business days) for 9,90€ and standard Shipping (3-5 days) for 9,90€. Orders over 100€ have free shipping.
Zone 2: We offer standard shipping (3-5 days) for 9,90€. Orders over 100€ have free shipping.
Zone 3: We offer standard shipping (3-5 days) for 14,90€. Orders over 100€ have free shipping.
Tracking
We do not offer tracking codes, but hope to do so in the near future.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery in Mallorca, in a 30 Km radius from our store. Local delivery includes ony Andratx, Calvia and Palma municipalities on the area. Email us for any enquires or further details.
Local Pick-up
We offer local pick-up at our store in Port D'Andratx when we are open during spring, summer and autumn. Please check opening days and times to confirm pick-up dates and times. Email us for any enquires or further details.
